Video Effect Enhance Tool app allows users to apply special effects / filters to their videos in the photo library. Users will be able to change the color saturation value, the brightness & the contrast of the recorded videos.
Video Effect Enhance Tool app is really easy to use with very simple user interface. Users just have to select the video that they wanted to be filtered & apply the settings of color saturation, brightness & contrast value to the desired set points. While changing any of the values, a sample snapshot will be shown for easy setting.
The video output quality can be selected as required. The full version will allow users to use high quality output (same resolution as the source video). The processing time will depends on the length of the video & the quality selected. A progress percentage will be shown while the video processing is being done.

Right off the bat, the useful functions are only available with the full version of the app (only low quality video processing allowed in the free version). The UI isnt intuitive or user friendly, and the "help" menu is useless. What a waste of a buck.

Upgraded to the full version and does nothing different. Dont waste your money because its a trap.
This is by far the biggest waste of time (downloading) and money (purchasing full version).. Their way of robbing the customer in a legal way.. The full version adds so called better quality but little else.. You cant share the videos after youve fixed them.. Brightened etc.. So to me its a total waste!! Id demand my money back but I know that wont happen so lesson learned.. Dont purchase the crap period!!! An extremely sorry App....
